Our service tech was Andrey Brodsky. He was outstanding!, Courteous and professional in his craft. He replaced our old and burned garage door opener. We decided to also replace the the large spring, the cables, the remotes & keypad. The old system was installed in 2004. it was time to replace them all. So glad we did. The cost was very reasonable. It only took under 1.5 hours to replace them all. Thank you!

Our garage door was jammed and would not close. Precision has always serviced our garage doors throughout the years. We called, and they answered with an estimated ETA between 4-8 pm. Our Technician, Sheridan Abad was fantastic; he called to announce his arrival in 10mins., and arrived at 5:45 pm; on time. I am very impressed with Precision. I had other people come to fix my garage door that would open sometimes. For 5 years I had to close it manually half the time. Frustrated, I googled the company that makes the garage door and explained that I wanted an expert to come over and check it out. The next morning, I received a call from a lovely woman at Precision. I explained my frustration and she sent a man named Travis to assess the door within a few hours. I was amazed at the prompt response. Travis arrived and did a complete evaluation of the door in about 10 minutes. Told me to bring up some light bulbs for the door. He then gave me an education about the mechanics of the door and how he fixed my sensors and how to maintain the door. He told me he went across the street at different angles the door works. I was sort of in disbelief. He showed me how to use the clicker properly also. Then, he had me put the AP in my phone and walked me through it which was extremely helpful. I don’t think I could of done it by myself the first time. My garage door opens with the clicker or my AP on my phone. Words cannot describe how much I appreciated Travis explaining to me the mechanisms of the door and how to troubleshoot it. This was a terrific experience with a professional.

Garage door would not open, called Precision and got same day appointment. Technician Paul Brinkman arrived within the stated window, reviewed the problems, explained the alternatives and got to work. Door now operates well and work was completed within the time frame estimated. Service was excellent.

Precision Door had their A-game on with regards to my experience. They were quick to call me back, twice as a matter of fact because Laura at the office had me scheduled with a rep to consider a new door, and pointed out that I had already booked another appointment with a tech who came out and helped me fix my issues. I did end up spending $625.00 to give the existing door a makeover, and it was money well spent b/c now I don't have to consider a new door. Tim the tech was great and easy to work with. Nothing but kudos to y'all for running a tight ship.

3 year old Garage door metal coils came unwound on saturday so garage door would not open or close. Called the Precision garage door number, was promptly answered by the attendant who gave me a same day apt time frame from 12:00 to 4:00pm and told me that Paul Brinkman would be attending to the broken garage door. He arrived an hour later and fixed the broken coils and pointed out other parts that may get damaged in the next few years, it wasn't precision doors that installed this actual garage door 3 years ago & pointed out that the original company used cheap parts for the door. I got a 90 day work and 1 year warranty for the parts they replaced. Prompt, same day service, fast and responsive and excellent customer service, and the garage door works great again! I could not be happier with the service I received from Precision Door. Paulino Mejia, the service technician took the time to explain to me why my garage door springs kept breaking and even though I ended up spending more than I initially had anticipated, I am happy that I went ahead with the repair he recommended. He was courteous, professional and fast! He replaced two springs, two pulley mechanisms, AND all the door track rollers in the time it took other companies we've hired in the past just to replace one spring. I couldn't believe how quickly he completed the job. And best of all, he was on time. Paulino arrived at the front edge of the service window and I wasn't sitting around wondering if anyone was going to show up. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to other homeowners who need to have garage door work completed.

Called in about noon and was given an appointment between 4-6pm same day - amazing! The technician called about 3:30pm to ask if he could come early - yeah! Choose Precision due to ads indicating local offices and customer reviews. They were super busy at the time, so told me it would be approx 5 weeks before they could completely remove my broken one with a new one. They called and we set up a date and informed me they would need 10 feet of space cleared to do the installation - which I did a few days before they were to arrive. They were slightly late from the original time frame to arrive, but did call and let me know. The person servicing was excellent - extremely polite, walked me thru what he would be doing, and informed me of the steps to keep it working well down the road (spray on lubricant periodically at key points). He swept the garage out on completion, took the debris and old door with him to dispose of later. Sooo nice to have one that is so easy to open (no motor on mine) ... pretty much able to lift it with a finger! Thanks Precision.
