Fairly unhappy! You say you offer a senior discount being 72 it was not offered. Precision had originally installed the unit, I was told the system was not powerful enough and I needed a different one, I passed on it. He said the sensor was bad and recommended replacement of wire with sensor. Retail cost of both parts is about 50 dollars, less on Amazon. It took 15 min. to install and the total charge was 380 dollars. I felt taken advantage of.

Imagine my surprise when I couldn't open my garage door and get my car out. I called them and explained my situation. That day, Paul Brinkman, their technician, was at my house with all the supplies he needed, gave me three options for the repair, and he explained them well. Two hours later, the garage door was fixed! I would definitely call them again

Sheridan was the Technician that serviced my door which turned out to just need some lubrications. He was here about 20 minutes and solved the problem, however, I asked for a senior discount and he said he already gave me a discount on the service charge. I was told that fee would automatically be discounted if repairs were made. $224.00 seems excessive for the service.

We choose Precision because it is local and has great ratings. Our double garage door started making a screeching noise when it opened. We were able to get an appointment within less than 24 hours from our call. Jerry was our technician and he is flat out the best!!!!! He took the time to check all parts of the door that might be causing the problem. He has both great training and extensive experience. It was a pleasure to work with him. You never know, but the whole experience was handled with precision. Prompt response, quick diagnosis, and repair addressed problems. Did not feel like repair was over sold. Improvement after repair was obvious. Technician was very pleasant to work with and explained the rational for the repairs even though it was at the end of the work day.

Rarely do I take the time to comment one way or another about a repair service but the visit this company made to fix our garage door was exceptional in so many ways that I need to a moment to publicly compliment them. During a visit with my daughter this weekend to help her pack for a cross-country move I somehow disabled the fobs to their old garage door locking the car inside. There is no other access. I called Precision which was the first to come up on Google and an extremely nice and reassuring receptionist said a tech would be out that afternoon. I was in a panic knowing the car was needed for all the errands that needed to be run and assumed the worst that the tech would come after dark or wouldn't come at all. Instead, he called shortly before my window started and said he would be there in 15 minutes. He was. James got to work quickly and with a great sense of humor and, again, reassurance that this would end well. There was a lot wrong with that old door but James persevered, got an old vent off and was able to snag the manual release so we could get in. He figured out the problem immediately, fixed it and also put a new manual release system in place so that the door could be accessed even if the motor or fobs weren't working. It was my fault and I was sick thinking of the worst case scenarios that would be required to get the door open and the car out in the short amount of time before the move. My very, very deep appreciation to James and the company for not letting that happen. I can see why there are so many acknowledgments listed on this site. If my experience is any indication, they are well-deserved. Thanks again!!

Called late Saturday night when a spring broke on our garage door. Had it fixed Monday morning in about an hour. Good as new. Appreciate somebody answering the phone late on Saturday to confirm an appointment. Liked the fact the tech called to give a specific time so I didn't have to sit around the entire 4 hour window. The spring that broke was only 3.5 years old and it was replaced without cost despite technically being out of warranty. Certainly liked the skill and professional work performed.
