I'd been having issues with my garage door not closing sometimes, finally was tired of dealing with it and called Precision Door on a Monday morning. That afternoon they sent out technician Paul B. and he was great!. He assessed everything, took his time explaining and showing me the issues that were most likely causing my problem. He quoted me 3 different options. I felt no pressure to hurry up and make a decision or about which option I choose. Once I made my decision I was very happy to learn he had everything he needed on his truck to complete the job. Within a few hours I had a garage door that closed & was working better than ever. I couldn't be happier with the job and service I received. Thank you Paul B :-)

Moses showed up as scheduled. He was very polite and informed me on what he was going to do. When he was done with the job he took the old door and all trash with him. It was a easy process.

I had called Precision about 2 years ago when the spring broke and they came out to replace it on a Sunday - yeah. I recently called again when the door was failing to go down all the way and Paul Brinkman came out. He explained that he could adjust it - which he did and the door went all the way down - or I could replace the opener. I decided to replace it as it was probably 25 years old and probably had seen its day. I just thought that worked problem free for 25 years and had seen its day.

Phil came out and did the quick job I requested. I was afraid it wasn’t worth their time because of the job being too little. He didn’t make me feel that way though. My experience with Precision Doors was great! I liked that they came very highly rated, good reviews, and understood the trepidation of having others come to your home during a unprecedented time. (Covid) All of the service reps were professional, on time and no hiccups! (all wore masks too) I ordered a basic door, and it was installed less than 3 weeks later and within 3 hours.

In addition, I was happy that I called on a Monday and had someone here on Thursday completing the work. He had everything on his truck that he needed to do the job.
