My phone call was answered on second ring, they send Paulino who has fixed over 5,000 garage doors in the bay area, he gets here a few hours after I called and quickly diagnoses and fixes the problem at a good price. When it comes to service companies coming to my home, I like to go with bigger, local well known companies like Precision that you can trust.
