I like a service business that does what they say they are going to do and on time. Great service! Email appointment confirmation, Paulino calling ahead to let me know when he would arrive and arriving on time, experienced and nice technician, right parts to fix my door now, explanation of the work and asking if I am completely satisfied upon completion of the job. Woman on the phone was a little fast with me, but maybe it was a busy day. Precision was recommended to me and I will pass it along as well. Thank you.

I called Precision Door when I found them online. I called and a nice lady quickly answered the phone and scheduled me the same day. The technician arrived late but within the time frame I was given. When my door broke I did not know what to expect. The technician Brandon called me and told me he would be at my home in 20 minutes. He arrived and explained what was wrong with my door and gave me multiple options to repair it. He did a great job and put me at ease.

Ricky at Precision was great. I needed new springs and rollers to support a very heavy wood door, and now my door is running better than it ever has! What was especially awesome is when I called to make the appointment, they found out my car was stuck in garage because I couldn't get the door open and I needed to get my son from school, they literally sent someone over right away to fix it. Great customer service!
