Great service! No one likes to have their garage door break, but Precision made an appointment, came on time, explained to me the problems & repaired everything promptly. I would definitely use them again. One small point, if you also need a new or replacement remote buy your own. Theirs were expensive, but the tech walked me through how to clear & reset one for when I did purchase. Very helpful, courteous, prompt & effective.
