What can I say. Malek showed up when the woman on the phone said he would. He gave me a few options on fixing my garage door and garage door opener and took the time to explain them. Would trust Precision Garage Door anytime.

The tech was courteous; however, the price to make a few adjustments for a job that he said would take 25 mins was way overpriced at $250. I ended up paying $49.99 just for a 5 min inspection.

Even so since it sounds like our technician did not do a good enough job explaining what needed to be done and why, I am happy to refund you the $49.95 service fee. I truly hope you found someone to repair your door correctly and in a timely manner. Pat

Paulino is certainly a very knowledgeable and experienced garage door repair man. The woman on the phone was nice enough to call and let me know when he would arrive. What else can I say but I am glad we called Precision Garage Door and Paulino came to our house.
