Our garage door wire disconnected and our door was hanging half open at 6 pm. I called the first person who could get there the next morning as we had to leave the door open all night.your tech came, was there 40 minutes and reattached the wire. The bill was $650.00. When I noticed the senior discount sign on the truck, I asked for it,( shouldn't have to ask!) I feel the cost was high for the short time he was there. Would I use you again? I would get estimates next time in a non emergency situation.

I had a different guy come out this time but got the same great service. They have great electronic systems that keep you informed, professional tablets to show you your options and pricing, all the parts in their truck they need to fix your door quickly and are professional and nice people. Had never used Precision before but found them on yelp. Had almost all good reviews and ones where there was an issue, they fixed quickly. So I called them. There ad said same day service and they did come almost immediately. Malek our technician called ahead so we would not have to wait around. He showed up with all the parts and explained what needed to be done. I will call Precision again and recommend to neighbors.

Called Precision Garage Door eventhough we had never used them before because of all the good reviews on Google, Home Advisor and their website and their guarantee to answer the phone and give same day service. We really appreciated Malek coming so fast. He explained they have technicians in trucks all around Alameda and Contra Costa counties so somebody is almost always close. Malek was a nice guy, the price was affordable and the garage door opener never worked better. So very pleased and will call next time.
