I am glad to report that it was fast, efficient, neat (no mess left behind) and informative (he explained the system in easy terms and demonstrated all the "bells and whistles". Great professional. I used Precision like 10 years ago for some maintenance but then ended up using another company for a new motor a couple of years ago mostly because I forgot who I used previously. Today a spring broke on my huge steal insulated double door. Initially I couldn't get it open even with pulling the emergency lever. It was way too heavy for one person. So I called this other company that installed the motor and told them, "I have an emergency. Can't get the door open". "Sorry they told me. We are booked four days out". Next I called Precision and they sent someone out within 3 hours. In the meantime I went on youtube and figured out how to open a door with a broken spring so I could get my cars out. Garrett from Precision showed up and handled the repair for a reasonable price. Here is the bottom line. If you pick a garage door company for a door, a motor, whatever and they don't have an emergency service setup like Precision has you'll be calling Precision anyway if something goes really wrong and you need same day service. Save yourself the trouble and just go with Precision. Garrett was super nice and an expert at handling everything and Precision cared that I needed service right away. Thanks Precision you guys rock!

The first company I called to repair my door was the one that repaired it last time, but they were closed over the Labor day weekend. I called Precision next and was pleasantly surprised that they could come out same day. I thought every company was going to be closed. Technician Josh Kinder and his trainee Gabriel? were both very polite and friendly. Josh explained to me everything that needed to be done to fix my garage door as well as telling me about worst case scenario costs that may be discovered during the repair, which my garage door ended up not needing. I felt the entire job was done professionally and quickly. Josh even cleaned up smudge marks left behind on the door from the repair. I will definitely be calling Precision for any future garage door needs.

I give a five star rating, I called Precision because the ad said a live operator would answer 24/7, that evenings and weekends at no extra charge and gave same day service. The person that answered the phone was great, very nice, helpful and able to get someone out to me within hours. I came home and my garage door opened but would not close and I had to close it manually. When I tried to open it again it just made a noise and would not open. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they were able to come out within a few hours. It turned out that it was a simple fix. Cory, my repair person was great, very helpful, and nice, he also pointed out how to fix the problem if it happens again and he got the button on the wall that opens the garage door to work. Cory gave me a sticker with the company name and phone number and I will diffidently call when I have a problem again as I know my Genie will need to be replaced or will have another problem. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Cory is the greatest.

The technician who came was very professional. I contacted this company because I needed a new opener. The technician reviewed the equipment and said I needed an adjustment to the spring on the door. The labor was $225.00 which seemed high. The total cost was $300.90 for a new opener and spring adjustment.
