I would not recommend this company for the reason that they doubled the price when they worked on my garage door. I understand that I didn't have to agree with the quote that they presented. My plan was to get multiple quotes, but I was also desperate to get my garage door back in operation. After I got my invoice, I decided to research the prices on the parts listed on the invoice. For example, they charged me $699.00 for the Liftmaster 8550wlb opener which sold for $345.00 at Amazon. Not to mention the rest of the parts that they used which were also double priced.

Coming home from shopping at 7:30PM, I heard a loud bang and discovered my garage door won't open. I called Precision Door Service at about 8 PM and was able to talk to a live person who was very pleasant and helpful, not an answering machine. He arranged a technician to come the following morning between 8:00 and Noon. At around 9:30AM, James W. was at my door to repair the garage door. He was professional, communicated his findings, made recommendations, and was very efficient and knowledgeable as he completed the work in a little over a hour. I am satisfied and confident that I have a garage door that is almost as good as new. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and James W.

The young man (I think his name was Chad) who came to my home was great. He explained what was wrong with my garage door opener and fixed it. He also explained how I can trouble shoot it in the future. In addition, he had a nice persponality and I think he is a credit to your company. I would highly recommend him!

Service was exactly as mentioned over the phone. Old garage door opener needed replacing. The door opens now like butter. Before it opened noisy, had jamed up in places which we had to push the button to close and reopen. What a mess. Also, this company answers questions. No sells pitch. Five stars. The technician(Sean) arrived earlier than expected. I was given a 4 hour window and expected to wait the duration. Fortunately he was able to finish up his previous assingment and get to my house. Watching him perform his craft I could see why he was able to get to me so quickly. He did his inspection and informed me of what his recommendation for repair was and went right to work. He set up his work station, tools and needed parts for repair and did his job. No waste of time or effort and I could tell he had been fortunate to have someone give him excellent training. No hard sell just action for what needed addressed. Advertising is misleading at times so basically I read your reviews and went with your company based on those. A good choice. My son in law was here during the job and was impressed with Sean's professionalism and dedication to doing the job right. When an employee speaks well of his employer it is something that should not be taken lightly. If all of your employees feel as he does about working for you, the those are the kinds of people I want to do business with. Thank you for a job well done.
