Thank you for the emergency repair and install. It was nicely done in a few hours as advertised. I appreciate very much the excellent service from your engineer Alex. He is very hard working with demonstrated skills and knowledge. However, I do have sticker shock because every piece of raw materials (springs, tubes and opener) are at least 2x more expensive than the market. In an emergency situation, customer is usually not in a good bargaining position... Excellent service but heavy mark up has greatly reduced client satisfaction.

I have used Precision Garage Door many times and every time I use them I have a great experience. I called and asked for information regarding a new opener because I was wanting to get the remotes to the opener out of my family cars. But because of the unit I had I could not add the MYQ technology. Called in and the same day Carlos came to my house. He went over the different options of the units that he had and I chose the newer model which was more money but that's ok. You cant put a price on your families security. Carlos installed the opener and did some repairs on my door which were badly needed. Carlos was a 5 star installer and was very professional. He explained the unit and how it works and had me all set up before he left. Thank you Carlos for everything.

Joe called that he was in transit and would be arriving in 20 minutes. He was on time and very polite. He immediately went work examining the door to determine cause of failure. He gave me options on things that needed care. Rollers replaced. Lubrication done. He also informed me about maintenance. Reprogrammed door for lift stop. Provided me info regarding motor replacement if needed. I am pleased with service. Again Joe was polite clear with explaining everything. Thanks so much.

One of the springs broke and it was urgent to get it fixed to be able to use the garage and get the cars out. We called and within an hour Tony showed up. The service was great and he completed the work in a good manner, explaining all the technical details. However, we were shocked at the cost of the parts, we checked with family and friends who had similar work done and they were also shocked. I understand parts will be marked up, but for example when a part like Torsion Cable 7' high is charged at $300 when it only retails for in the range of 10 to 25 dollars, it does not feel right. Even though the service was great and I’m sure the quality of work was also good, next time I would look around for other quotes just due to the final cost I had to pay, feels way too high.

Precision technician Mr. Sheridan Abad carefully parked his truck at spot for easy work access and not to block neighbors' driveway. He greet me with courtesy, inspected my garage door, wrote estimate right away and even gave me a good senior discount. They were referred by my neighbor so I was expecting the similar rate. He quickly finished the job earlier than his estimated time, explained the operations and newest technologies in it. It was a pleasant surprise that it's functions exceed my expectation. The sound of the door now is just SWEET!

Travis did an excellent job at repairing our garage door. I requested same-day service and he came out within two hours of the request. He assessed the problem, thoroughly communicated the problem, and recommended what exactly needed to be done. He informed me of the price to replace and repair the door. I opted for the repair as I wanted to keep the cost down. Travis installed brackets, plates, wires/cables, rollers, springs, and struts - I may be simplifying here because it was a little more involved than as I described. Overall, the issue was fixed and our garage door is as good as new and strongly reinforced! Travis is professional, prompt, proficient, and kind. I highly recommend Travis for your garage door issues. Five stars!

I'll start off by stating that the service was excellent. Sheridan came on time and finished very quickly. Scheduling was o.k. (agent stated 4 - 8pm; email stated 9 -11am which was incorrect). Other than that the scheduling process was easy. I was taken aback by the cost of the parts! I do not mind paying double retail due to convenience and I understand the technician having to carry inventory on his truck but the cost of the parts was surprising.

First of all I want to thank the lady that I talked to on Friday evening. I did not get her name but she was very helpful, friendly and courteous. She was able to schedule an appointment the next day for me. Travis Behn was very professional and friendly and of course knowledgeable in explaining to me what the problem was! Very courteous and understanding to the situation that I was in. I explained to him what happened and he fixed it and also offered to service my garage! He replaces the rolls and did the lubricants on all hinges. It was quick and fast and he did a very good job. I thank him for the very good and efficient way he handled the job. Travis B of Precision Garage Doors gave a 30 minute courtesy call prior to arriving, and he arrived at the time he was scheduled to do so. He was very courteous, professional and performed a complete system check of the door, tracks and opener. He replaced a broken spring and had the door operational in little over an hour. Great customer service starting with the calls to the office to schedule the appointment up to the service repair by Travis. A definite 5 star company and staff!
