Very happy that my door is fixed properly now. Wish the first technician had completely taken care of the problem, but appreciate you sent someone back the same day at no cost to get it right. Ricky was very professional and nice and door works great now.

I liked Malek and your service was very good and professional. Malek was a little late for the appointment. I wanted a garage door that wa smore flush but ours is an old house and I am afraid the house will shift more. Malek listened and understood this. Overall I am happy and will use Precision again next time.
