I was very pleased with the service at very level. I needed an evaluation of my Liftmaster opener and some tweaking in performance. My call was answered promptly and a visit scheduled for the next day. Travis was just terrific. He explained the source of some issues with the opener and then proceeded to reset the device. We called late on a Friday because our garage door would not close and our regular garage door service provider could not come out. Precision responded to my call and scheduled service within a couple hours, calling ahead and arriving within the given time frame. The repair turned out to be much more complicated than originally estimated but Paul stayed within the estimate and stayed until almost midnight completing the project. Very professional and helpful--coaching my not-so-handy son on what he was doing and what to look for in the future. Precision is our new go-to provider!

I have been using Precision for years with my heavier than normal garage door. I am a difficult customer, I call them back and get feisty. They remain professional and maybe even are used to me after all these years, coming out in all kinds of weather and hours to service my annoying garage door. I will continue to use them and recommend them to neighbors and friends. I have my favorite technicians, James W and Paul B. but happily I haven't gone through all the techs.

Several years ago, I was in need of a new motor for the garage door. Precision came out the same day and replaced the motor, as well as worn rollers. This time around, I needed a spring and cables replaced. Alex was there about a half-hour after I phoned it in. After inspecting everything, he replaced the spring, cables, and both main bearings. The door is balanced now and is even slightly quieter. Alex offered some advice on inspections that I could do, plus looking for early warning signs of spring fatigue. If I need maintenance, or need to replace a garage door down the road, I wouldn’t call anyone else to do the job.

I had excellent response time and very courteous and helpful service when I called for a non-working garage door. Haziel identified the problem immediately, oiled the working mechanisms on the door and the chain and gave me helpful tips for maintaining the door so it functions ideally. A young driver hit my garage door late in the afternoon. I've used Precision Door for the last few times I've needed service for various mundane garage door reasons. My dad was an engineer so I'm kind of a picky customer and they have risen to the challenge with a smile on their face even sending someone out to move the control panel barely half an inch so it wouldn't keep hitting the door. So once again, there was their sticker, I called them right after calling my insurance company and when I explained it was leaving my house open they set up someone to come out immediately. Although that didn't happen for various reasons, I felt comfortable talking over how to close the garage door for the night and trusted them to follow through and still less than 24 hours after the crash, a service guy was here. A track, some hinges, young driver got lucky. Maybe because I'm a repeat customer, maybe because they good to deal with, I'll keep using Precision Door for my garage door needs.
