Service was OK, not great. Technician did not have the right springs the first time which he said almost never happens. People on the phone were nice and technician was competent when he did come back and complete the job.

We needed a new opener installed as ours broke after 10 years, Malek gave us multiple options but recommended a quiet belt motor. We like it much better than our screw drive. We hope it lasts as long.
