Service was OK, not great. Technician did not have the right springs the first time which he said almost never happens. People on the phone were nice and technician was competent when he did come back and complete the job.
Jeff, I apologize that we did not have all the parts the first time. It is something we work hard to avoid. I can frankly tell you we do complete over 98% of our jobs the first visit, but we let you down. I would like to discuss with you what we can do to make things right, so please call me back.
