The technician seemed a little perturbed when he saw what was wrong with our garage door. And immediately stated the cost would be $425.00. It took him approx 10 minutes to fix the issue. When I questioned him about the amount charged and the length of time it took him to complete the job he said I can take off $50. I questioned again if this is what it costs no matter how long it takes, and he stated I’m just an employee I will not ever use this company again and would not recommend anyone to use this company. They maybe able to fix garage doors but at the expense of someone who has no choice but to pay what they say.

I had called to have a technician sent out to my home to assist with servicing my garage door and resetting our current door openers. The technician shared that we needed a new motor and that our openers were too old to fix. In less than 5 minutes (arrival, inspection, and quote) we received a quote for a new door opener at $800. Needless to say, we paid the $50 fee for coming out. My husband was able to do some research online and found out how to reprogram our current door opener for free! Needless to say, I was not impressed with being quoted $800 and paying a $50 service fee for a job that could’ve been done in 5 minutes and required no new motor!

I made an appointment with Precision Door to have my garage door fixed. Solomon came to my house exactly on time. I showed him the problem I was having. Solomon diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote for the repairs. He made the repairs and the door is working like new (maybe better). He took the time to explain what he was doing. He was very professional. He gave me a bill for the exact amount quoted.

Very happy with the new Amar garage door and Precision Door service. The installer (Solomon) arrived on time, was friendly, professional and organized. The result is an insulated steel door with frosted windows with fancy remote, batter backup (now required in CA) and smartphone (IoT) app technology that makes our home safer, quieter and cooler than ever before. Paul Brinkman did a great job. He came out today, June 27, 2020, to fix my garage door that stopped working after recent power outage. The Technician did a fine job in repairing garage door...just a few of issues .....could not understand his English well... when I placed the service call i asked to be texted so I could meet him at the house...that did not happen...he showed up...started the work... my tenant texted me and said that the technician was here...I as not there for the conversation but the tenant told me that the Technician told her I am not waiting for the text back ..call him...she did..... bottom line everything worked out but the experience was little rough...These are crazy times now and everyone is on edge....I will use Precision in the future

Using Precision was the right choice. My installer called me about an hour before the scheduled time asking if he can come early. That worked out well for me. He finished installing the new garage door cleaned up in just a few hours and the cost was as stated during the estimate. If you have any garage door needs I would fully recommend Precision!!!

My entire interaction with Precision Garage Doors was very professional, starting with the person who setup the appointment. The service technician Tim arrived on time, was extremely pleasant to deal with and explained clearly what needed to be done and more importantly, what is not needed. A clear quote was offered, he was able to give a discount (albeit small) and the job was done really well. The best customer service. From the moment a technician was assigned, the technician gave us a call notifying he will be arriving in 20 mins. He promptly arrived, explained everything clearly and patiently answered my questions. He further explained the pros and cons of replacing vs fixing the motor. And all the 3 hrs he was in the property fixing the garage, he promptly updated us about the length of time it's going to take. Overall, this is one of the best customer service we ever had. I strongly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone who is having problems with an existing garage door or anyone who needs a new one. Also I would like to give my highest commendation to technician Alex Kogan who did the work. On Friday, December 13, 2019, I called Precision because the motor in my garage door opener was making some crunching noises. Precision promptly answered the phone without my having to listen to a lot of voicemail prompts. They set me up with an appointment for Monday, December 16. At the appointed time, technician Alex Kogan arrived and examined my garage door. He identified a number of problems with the door which included defective rollers, bearings, and torsion springs. Alex went right to work in repairing all of these problems and completed the job in 1.5 hours. Alex demonstrated the highest level of professionalism in the way he interacted with me, the way he identified the problems, and the way he completed the job in a timely manner. In addition, Alex had all of the necessary parts in stock on his truck. There was no need to back order anything.

Great service and very knowledgeable technicians. When my tech arrived , he was able to diagnose the issue within minutes and provided the most cost effective solution to fix my garage door. He was courteous and friendly and competed the repair work within 30 mins and made sure all systems were performing optimally before he left. There were some scheduling confusion at their end but they sure made up for it in the most professional manner one could expect . Will definitely do business with them in the future.

I chose Precision because Cara the receptionist was very friendly and answered every question I asked her! She set the appointment quickly. Mario the Friendly Tech came out and performed the job quickly, professionally and took the time to explain what he had done! I will refer Precision to family and friends.
