I chose Precision from ads in the Yellow Pages. The ad reflected the service I was looking for. The service tech that did the necessary repairs was very knowledgeable and explained features that I didn't realize the system performed. I was impressed with the efficiency and ease of repairing my garage opener. Precision will be my "go to" for future garage door needs.

We have used your company before and didn't hesitate to call you again to do a repair on a broken garage door spring (different property this time). Your technician, Sheridan Abad, recommended some parts (cables, rollers, etc.) to be replaced not just the spring, and it's worth it! Jonathan Castro is the technician who repaired our garage door. He called first that he on his way to our house. He is polite and very knowledgeable. He showed us the problem on our garage door opener and explain what needs to be done and cost of the repair. No pressure talk. We agreed and haapy with the result. He also explain the do's and dont's on operating the garage door. Thanks Jonathan and Precision Garage for quick service. It was done on same day I made the appointment.

I am over pleased with my service from Paul brinkman! I called on a Saturday and was given a same day appointment for my faulty garage door. Paul call to give me an ETA. He showed up promptly. Professional, Personable, Punctual, Proficient, Courteous. Couldn't be happier for an experienced Jerry Parker and his associate to fix my garage door opener this morning. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in explaining to me the problem and showed how he fixed it. Very transparent. He took the time and in simple language taught me how to maintain my garage door and answered all questions I had. He also diagnosed other preventative issues, though not a problem now, but will cause a problem later when it breaks. In order to prevent that, he told me exactly what to order and how to replace with the new parts. An excellent service by a great person. Thank you so very much for the help.

Trouble shot and replaced keypad unit. Also inspected the garage door and explained what needs to be upgraded and costs. They call and gave me a ETA. Both men were very courgural and represented Precision Garage Door well.
