I am over pleased with my service from Paul brinkman! I called on a Saturday and was given a same day appointment for my faulty garage door. Paul call to give me an ETA. He showed up promptly. I showed him the door and had a prognosis and estimate within 5 minutes! He knows his job! He was an expert and did a great job in a timely manner! Another garage door company told me I needed a completely new door! I just purchased the home and didn’t want the expense! I’m am pleased and thrilled that Paul found my problem and made my life much easier! Thank you Precision and big Thanks to Paul!

Travis communicated with us advising of his anticipated arrival and again when he was able to arrive sooner than expected! He assessed the situation and asked about our hopes and needs and then set out to get the job done. It was not an easy job and he came up with terrific solutions and made it happen. Professional, Personable, Punctual, Proficient, Courteous. Couldn't be happier for an experienced Jerry Parker and his associate to fix my garage door opener this morning. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in explaining to me the problem and showed how he fixed it. Very transparent. He took the time and in simple language taught me how to maintain my garage door and answered all questions I had. He also diagnosed other preventative issues, though not a problem now, but will cause a problem later when it breaks. In order to prevent that, he told me exactly what to order and how to replace with the new parts. An excellent service by a great person. Thank you so very much for the help.

I chose Precision because Cara the receptionist was very friendly and answered every question I asked her! She set the appointment quickly. The technician seemed a little perturbed when he saw what was wrong with our garage door. And immediately stated the cost would be $425.00. It took him approx 10 minutes to fix the issue. When I questioned him about the amount charged and the length of time it took him to complete the job he said I can take off $50. I questioned again if this is what it costs no matter how long it takes, and he stated I’m just an employee I will not ever use this company again and would not recommend anyone to use this company. They maybe able to fix garage doors but at the expense of someone who has no choice but to pay what they say.

I had called to have a technician sent out to my home to assist with servicing my garage door and resetting our current door openers. The technician shared that we needed a new motor and that our openers were too old to fix. In less than 5 minutes (arrival, inspection, and quote) we received a quote for a new door opener at $800. Needless to say, we paid the $50 fee for coming out. My husband was able to do some research online and found out how to reprogram our current door opener for free! Needless to say, I was not impressed with being quoted $800 and paying a $50 service fee for a job that could’ve been done in 5 minutes and required no new motor!

I made an appointment with Precision Door to have my garage door fixed. Solomon came to my house exactly on time. I showed him the problem I was having. Solomon diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote for the repairs. He made the repairs and the door is working like new (maybe better). He took the time to explain what he was doing. He was very professional. He gave me a bill for the exact amount quoted.

Very happy with the new Amar garage door and Precision Door service. The installer (Solomon) arrived on time, was friendly, professional and organized. Paul Brinkman did a great job. He came out today, June 27, 2020, to fix my garage door that stopped working after recent power outage. Jonathan Castro is the technician who repaired our garage door. He called first that he on his way to our house. He is polite and very knowledgeable. He showed us the problem on our garage door opener and explain what needs to be done and cost of the repair. No pressure talk. We agreed and haapy with the result. He also explain the do's and dont's on operating the garage door. Thanks Jonathan and Precision Garage for quick service. It was done on same day I made the appointment.
