The tech was courteous; however, the price to make a few adjustments for a job that he said would take 25 mins was way overpriced at $250. I ended up paying $49.99 just for a 5 min inspection.

Even so since it sounds like our technician did not do a good enough job explaining what needed to be done and why, I am happy to refund you the $49.95 service fee. Two days before moving, our garage door broke. Timing for this couldn't have been worse. We called Precision and within two hours the worlds friendliest technician showed up. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained what he believed was the issue but also prepared us for the possibility for another reason for the breakdown. He went to work and was finished in no time. He was correct with the diagnosis and saved the day. Preparing for our move, we have had to deal with all sorts of repair work and updates to the home and James outshines all of the technicians we've dealt with. What an asset for your company! He cares about his customers and he definitely took the time to make sure we knew what work was performed and that we were satisfied. He has a great personality and as a representative in this customer-facing position guarantees that we will let friends, family and new neighbors know to call Precision. 5 stars for James!!
