The tech was courteous; however, the price to make a few adjustments for a job that he said would take 25 mins was way overpriced at $250. I ended up paying $49.99 just for a 5 min inspection.

Even so since it sounds like our technician did not do a good enough job explaining what needed to be done and why, I am happy to refund you the $49.95 service fee. I had issues after my initial garage door repair. Precision Door came through for me. Their office staff kept me posted and Matt the door installer replaced my damaged panels. Great all around job.
