Had never used Precision Garage Door before but liked what I saw in reviews and on website about quick, professional service, so decided to call. Call was answered on 2nd ring, had Brandon to my house about 4 hours later, he was good guy and knew his stuff. Good, clean service. Very glad I called Precision Garage Door.

Called Precision Garage Door because their ad said they have enough technicians,trucks and parts to have same day repair. Sure enough when I called the lady immediately answered the phone and scheduled Brandon to come out same day. Brandon was very respectful and competent. While I had anticipated just replacing broken springs I tuned up my whole door with the technicians advice. Time will tell if the $1100 cost will bear out. However I invested in the long run and expect the door to operate smoothly a long time Thank you for timely service
