I have purchased 2 garage doors from Precision Garage Door in the past. The latest one is so quiet and was recommended by the service man. Upon putting in a new spring the gentleman checked out everything and mentioned that I will be needing some additional work as a few parts will be wearing out in the future. He did not try to sell me more, just gave some advice. He was very professional.

Very pleased. What a professional company! Real people who answer the phone quickly when you call. Send email confirming time and address right after we book the appointment. Paulino shows up on time neatly dressed and in a marked Precision Garage Door truck. He has 15+ years experience fixing garage doors and gets our door working again very quickly. Then owners ask for feedback on anything they could do better. First class company.

Responsive service and same day. I called at 4pm as my garage door came off track.The technician come out at 8pm although he was one hour late. He was able to get the door working again at a reasonable cost.
