The best customer service. From the moment a technician was assigned, the technician gave us a call notifying he will be arriving in 20 mins. He promptly arrived, explained everything clearly and patiently answered my questions. He further explained the pros and cons of replacing vs fixing the motor. And all the 3 hrs he was in the property fixing the garage, he promptly updated us about the length of time it's going to take. Overall, this is one of the best customer service we ever had.
