Our technician, Sheridan, was the best. He called before arriving and explained clearly what needed to be done. We decided to install a new door opener (the last one was installed in 1996) and we are so pleased. MUCH quieter and Sheridan made sure the springs and other related parts could handle our old heavy wooden door. And all this on Sunday morning! Thank you Sheridan!!

Very professional - starting with the ad than ran in Home Concepts - I made the call to Precision Garage Door right after seeing their ad. I was able to talk to a real person Jenniffer at about 8PM - she answered all of my questions and took the time to answer any of my concerns. She set up the appointment for the next day as I requested. My service technician Antonio arrived right on time - during the window of time Jenniffer had given me. He was great to the point and provided me choices before the quote - he was ready to fix or just repair an give me honest answers to whatever I decided to do.

Called approximately 3:30pm on Saturday. Representative was here before 4:30. Explained the problems, offered 3 alternatives and had finished before a little after 5pm. Very impressed with the representative. Felt comfortable with his assessment and what needed to fix the problems.

Precision, arrived quickly less than an hour after I called for service. The technician was thorough and explained exactly what my options were. He cleaned his work area, and after all I had him do was done and leaving within 2 hours. He explained what he did showed me the work, and discussed how to use the new product and left information on who and where to call if a problem arrises. I was left with 3 remotes instead of the customary 2. Very very pleased with this company. I have used them in the past although a long time ago, but the service and quality has never changed. Thank again!!!
