Timely and efficient. I have been brought into the 21st century with a new opener system. If I had known how much more quiet this new belt opener was, I would have done it long ago. Alex was pleasant and informative and would always opt to work with him in the future.

ou’re service guy that came to my place was awesome and honest. Your operator that picked the phone up was nice but I feel like I was lied to. I SPECIFICALY asked the price for a new opener ( the motor) as well as installation. I also asked how much it would cost to repair. I was TOLD $495 plus a discounted service call fee of $25. “ that’s it?” “ yes”. So for installation and repair of the door and the unit it’s $515 plus tax. Yea no. I spend over $515 for the repair and your tech told me it would be another $800 for a new unit and installation ( motor, drive rail, sensor eye and control). So in the end I went from expecting to spend just over $500 but in reality it would have cost me about $1400. I didn’t buy the new unit because of the “ missinfomation”. I would have had no problem spending that if I was originally quoted that. Thanks for the repair, he was good. Going to the next company for a replacement.

It is an absolute joy to open and close my garage door now. Smooth and most of all whisper quite. 1/2 HP Lift Master is the best, as well as, lots of great little features on the control panel. I ordered a glass door with panted aluminum frame, track & motor. Precision was 20% less then the competition. When the installer finished the installation he pointed out a buckle in the frame that I would not have noticed and ordered a new panel to be installed.

I never received a receipt for the 1st job done. I also need copy of Warranty and instruction to open the door when it's stuck. I needed to recharge my electric car but couldn't open the door. How do I open the door manually the next time it's stuck OR if we have a power outage. Just talked to the guy who fixed the door. He said labor charge is $89 and service call is $49.95. Shouldn't the service call fee be folded into the labor charge? Your fees are unreasonable and unfair! We are seniors on fixed income. Do not overcharge! Today's charge of $433.54 does not describe what was fixed.

bottom line the door got fixed! (broken spring) But the tech was very unhelpful, could not answer questions and tried to pad the bill with unwanted maint. Finally he was politely TOLD three times to PLEASE keep the gate shut, dogs. He disregared this. might look elsewhere next time!

Pat, I would like to thank you and your team for a job well done, Larry came out to measure, Tina is awesome, she runs the front office like command central. Which is what you need in this business. Coming home from shopping at 7:30PM, I heard a loud bang and discovered my garage door won't open. I called Precision Door Service at about 8 PM and was able to talk to a live person who was very pleasant and helpful, not an answering machine. He arranged a technician to come the following morning between 8:00 and Noon. At around 9:30AM, James W. was at my door to repair the garage door. He was professional, communicated his findings, made recommendations, and was very efficient and knowledgeable as he completed the work in a little over a hour. I am satisfied and confident that I have a garage door that is almost as good as new. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and James W.

Mario and Erik repaired/replaced old faltering cables and drums and installed a new motor. They worked efficiently and pretty quickly despite the late hour and what was already a long day for them. They deducted all of the service fee because they arrived so late. The recommended solutions resulted in a better door at a reasonable price.

Stellar service provided by your tech, Mario. Called for service at 6:30am, scheduled appointment window was 0800-Noon. Mario arrived promptly at 8:00!! I thought the cable was broken, did not realize it was the spring. Mario set to work immediately, replaced the spring and bearing plates, lubed all the hinges and tracks. Job completed in about one and half hours. Mario was very knowledgable and efficient. And very kind eyes!! I will certainly recommend your company to family and friends should they ever require your services! Job well done!!!

Made a same day appointment with Precision to install torsion springs to replace extension springs, and to install a Liftmaster 8500 opener. Technician Gabriel called ahead, arrived early and was.very pleasant. I told him what I wanted to have done. He worked up an estimate. The only issue I have with Precision is the VERY high price I was charged for the opener. More than double what I could have paid online. I don't mind Precision making a reasonable profit, but MAN!. I almost did not have this part of the work done because of this price, and was doing to just have Gabriel do the spring replacement, which I can't easily do. But I would have had to install the opener myself, (which I have done in the past--not difficult), but since Gabriel was there and had everything needed to do the job, I went ahead and had the whole thing done. He did a great job, set everything up, showed me how it worked, and cleaned up. Great representative of your company. Mostly a great experience. I am only mildly bitter at the price I paid for the unit, hence the 4 stars. I will get over it eventually. But MAN!

I had both single doors worked on, the only problem I have Jerry never told me the cost that these rollers ( over $500.00) he changed would cost. I see improvement the one door I hadall my trouble with. When one of your people delivered my receipt to me he informed me there is no warranty on your work, that I don't like. I do like to know that any work I payed to have done is warranted.

Precision is a rip-off. Some JACK-ASS came out to my house and tried to sell me a whole brand new garage door for $5,000 and all I needed was 2 Springs. They try to sell me 2 springs for $619 I told the guy to get the hell out of here. I called another garage company called ALL BAY garage doors.
