Hello, my name is Jonathan Castro. I was born and raised in San Jose in a very humble Mexican family. My mother, being a single parent, raised my sister and I to appreciate all that we have. Also, she taught us that we can have stuff through hard work and to never take things for granted. I have always and will always put others needs before mine, when the circumstances are the correct ones. Jonathan Castro is the technician who repaired our garage door. He called first that he on his way to our house. He is polite and very knowledgeable. He showed us the problem on our garage door opener and explain what needs to be done and cost of the repair. No pressure talk. We agreed and haapy with the result. He also explain the do's and dont's on operating the garage door. Thanks Jonathan and Precision Garage for quick service. It was done on same day I made the appointment.

He offered to clean and lubricated the door track and rollers to assure continued smooth operation. He honestly advised that neither a new door nor extensive work was required. It was great experience working with Precision Garage door service. From a non functional, noisy garage door to a smooth,quiet garage door all done in less than 3hours. It was all done on the same day I called. Glad, I made a call to Precision Garage Door service. Johnathan, was great, he explained every question we had and he did an awesome job. Many thanks to our technician, Jonathan, for a job well done! Our old torsion springs were very worn, corroded, and out of adjustment. The new springs look great, are perfectly adjusted, and now the door opens and closes exactly how it should. It’s great to have our garage door functioning properly again! Jonathan Castro was great. Called prior to arriving at residence and was on time. Explained options for replacing garage door opener and did a thorough walk-through after installation.
