Hello my name is Shawn. I am married and have a 3 year old boy named Mason. My wife loves horses as do I . My family owns 3 horses and we ride regularly out in Briones. I have repaired hundreds of garage doors. I enjoy the part of the job of meeting new and interesting people every day. I like the challenge of diagnosing what is wrong and then being able to fix the door right on the spot so you can go about your day. I look forward to meeting you!

The technician(Sean) arrived earlier than expected. I was given a 4 hour window and expected to wait the duration. Fortunately he was able to finish up his previous assingment and get to my house. Watching him perform his craft I could see why he was able to get to me so quickly. He did his inspection and informed me of what his recommendation for repair was and went right to work. He set up his work station, tools and needed parts for repair and did his job. No waste of time or effort and I could tell he had been fortunate to have someone give him excellent training. No hard sell just action for what needed addressed. Advertising is misleading at times so basically I read your reviews and went with your company based on those. A good choice. My son in law was here during the job and was impressed with Sean's professionalism and dedication to doing the job right. When an employee speaks well of his employer it is something that should not be taken lightly. If all of your employees feel as he does about working for you, the those are the kinds of people I want to do business with. Thank you for a job well done. Sean showed up early (phone ahead to confirm/approve) and had the springs changed out (upgraded) and oiled up all the mechanicals, and out the door in 45 mins. He was very personable, informative and pleasant to work with. Precision Door Service lived up to it's 5 star ratings. I will keep them on my list of good businesses rot use and pass on biz name to others.
