Hello my name is Cory. I was born and raised in San Jose alongside of 4 brothers and 1 sister. My father taught me to work hard and my mother taught me to be kind and patient to everyone. From the ripe age of 8, I was delivering newspapers for the Mercury News. Right out of high school I started working in San Jose and that is where I met my gorgeous wife. We now have 2 handsome boys and 2 beautiful girls that keep us very busy and at the same time bring so much joy into our lives. I have always enjoyed helping people, especially when they least expect it. It’s hard to explain the feeling I get when I help someone change a flat tire on the side of the freeway. It’s the little things like this, which I hope to instill in my children. That's one of the reasons I love being in the garage door industry. I get to help people remedy a problem they might have with their door and/or help them choose the right garage door and garage door motor for their situation. I have been in the garage door industry for almost 16 years now. I have done it all from custom carriage style garage doors to the trickiest installs. Honestly, the best part of my job is meeting new people every day and helping them with any garage door needs they might have.

Came home previous night but garage door opened only a foot off the ground - reason: one spring broke. Next day online search for a garage door service company listed Precision Door among several names. Chose it due to excellent reviews and had an office in nearby Hayward. Same day service, but technician arrived at 5pm, end of time window. Cory had a big smile when he greeted me, which was a great start. The work was quick and easy, Cory was very friendly but professional. Happy to have made a good choice. Your ratings do reflect the excellent service you provide. Keep up the good work. (5 stars)

Great service and very knowledgeable technicians. When my tech arrived , he was able to diagnose the issue within minutes and provided the most cost effective solution to fix my garage door. He was courteous and friendly and competed the repair work within 30 mins and made sure all systems were performing optimally before he left. There were some scheduling confusion at their end but they sure made up for it in the most professional manner one could expect . Will definitely do business with them in the future.

They received my call at 8 pm and set up the appointment for next day to meet my schedule. He showed up right on time at the very beginning of the window time frame we set. I give a five star rating, I called Precision because the ad said a live operator would answer 24/7, that evenings and weekends at no extra charge and gave same day service. The person that answered the phone was great, very nice, helpful and able to get someone out to me within hours. I came home and my garage door opened but would not close and I had to close it manually. When I tried to open it again it just made a noise and would not open. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they were able to come out within a few hours. It turned out that it was a simple fix. Cory, my repair person was great, very helpful, and nice, he also pointed out how to fix the problem if it happens again and he got the button on the wall that opens the garage door to work. Cory gave me a sticker with the company name and phone number and I will diffidently call when I have a problem again as I know my Genie will need to be replaced or will have another problem. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Cory is the greatest.
