The motors on my two garage doors were wearing out and not working properly. Travis Behn responded and we discussed options. I opted for new motors, springs and some minor parts. Travis was great. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I enjoyed chatting with him. After the install, he helped me set up the phone app, showed me how everything functioned, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Great service. I’m happy with the experience.

Patrick from Precision came out to my house the same day I phoned the office. I didn't have an emergency, but I knew my garage door was warning me to get serviced or to be sorry. Patrick went through all of the components with me, was knowledgeable and professional, and walked me through how to use and program the new motor/keypads/etc. Replacing the motor, the wheels, the springs, cables, weather stripping, etc. is not cheap, but I now have peace of mind that my door won't randomly open in the middle of the day or crash and break something. Patrick was cool and focused and did a great job. Thank you, Patrick!

Sheridan did a very professional review of our garage door problems, demonstrated our problems, provided an estimate of our cost right on the spot. My garage door popped a spring and we were unable to get our cars out without manually lifting the very heavy wood panel door.
