I would highly encourage you to use Precision when you have a garage door repair or anything related to the door. I called at 4:00 pm and they had a technician at my house by 5:05. They were very professional, knew what the problem was and fixed it fast. Also provided preventive maintence advice and educated me about my door and opener that I had no knowledge of. Great service and friendly staff.

Paul from Precision Garage Door came on Labor Day and fixed my garage door which had a broken spring. He assessed the damage and recommended some additional service items. Paul was efficient, got the work done and was on his way. Very good experience, highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Paul.

Our technician, Sheridan, was the best. He called before arriving and explained clearly what needed to be done. We decided to install a new door opener (the last one was installed in 1996) and we are so pleased. MUCH quieter and Sheridan made sure the springs and other related parts could handle our old heavy wooden door. And all this on Sunday morning! Thank you Sheridan!!

Very professional - starting with the ad than ran in Home Concepts - I made the call to Precision Garage Door right after seeing their ad. I was able to talk to a real person Jenniffer at about 8PM - she answered all of my questions and took the time to answer any of my concerns. She set up the appointment for the next day as I requested. My service technician Antonio arrived right on time - during the window of time Jenniffer had given me. He was great to the point and provided me choices before the quote - he was ready to fix or just repair an give me honest answers to whatever I decided to do.

After seeing your advertisement in the East Bay Times, I called and spoke with 2 very helpful people who assigned Paulina to come to fix my very broken garage door. Within 4 hours of my call, he was there. Very knowledgeable, very efficient, realized at once what the problem was and fixed it! He had everything he needed with him, and within an hour, up and running!! I would recommend PRECISION and Paulina to everyone. Great experience and great company. Thank you.

Antonio arrived right when he said he would. He was polite and clearly told me what the problem was. He also did a security check and identified other issues that might need attention. He clearly described the various repair options for me to consider and gave me an estimate of the time it would take to repair. He installed a new drive motor for our door, replaced our worn rollers and wired a new keypad. He did everything in less time than he had estimated. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone who has a problem. If you are lucky Antonio will be assigned to your work.

Needed some work, saw the add on TV. Read the reviews. Made an appointment. Technician came on time. Told him what my door problems were. He checked my garage door and explained clearly what's wrong with the door and also showed me the damaged tracks and wheels. Thanked him for explaining and what he planned to do. Authorized to replace worn parts. It took him over 4 hours to finish the job. He was very professional, efficient and did a wonderful job. He told me his name is on the Invoice. I didn't see his name on the invoice. I forgot his name, sorry. He is an asset to any company he works for since his personality was excellent.

We used your company at our previous house with great results. So I called again and was able to schedule same day service. Our tech this time was Soloman who did an inspection and explained what was wrong. We got a written estimate and decided to do the repair which was primarily replacing the springs plus a few other items. Soloman was very professional and easy to talk to.
