I was going to leave for work this morning when the garage door wouldn't close. I found Precision on Yelp. It's the first one listed on Yelp and it got great reviews. I called to see if they could send someone over immediately. The receptionist was very helpful and professional. She scheduled a technician to arrive between 10 AM and 2 PM. Then, I got a call from the technician Antonio Mendoza to introduce himself, ask some questions about the problem with the garage door, and to let me know that he will arrive within 30 minutes. He was super polite and professional. He showed up on time, did his inspection, walked me through the problems, and proceeded to fix them once I signed on the dotted lines. Hardworking guy, worked through his lunch hour. I am super happy with his work. Great job, Antonio!

I called Precision Garage due to a broken spring on my rollup door. They made an appointment for the next day ( I indicated it was not an emergency). The technician (Ersell Williams) called 30 minutes before he arrived. I was given three options for repair which was very helpful. Mr. Williams began the repair and was finished within the timeframe he indicated. He was very professional and personable. I would definitely recommend Mr. Williams and Precision Garage Door to my neighbors and friends.

I chose Precision from ads in the Yellow Pages. The ad reflected the service I was looking for. The service tech that did the necessary repairs was very knowledgeable and explained features that I didn't realize the system performed. I was impressed with the efficiency and ease of repairing my garage opener. Precision will be my "go to" for future garage door needs.

We had a broken spring. The technician replaced both springs and recommended replacing bearings and rollers. Guillermo was prompt, knowledgeable a d courteous. He gave me 2 options for repair. Highly recommend this company!

Wasn’t impressed with Precision Garage service: upswell you unnecessary fees. Only needed one spring - they said I should have 2 (one on right, one on left) - went with one; he said I need 3 brackets to hold/pull up door - one bracket on each side lasted 10+ years n should last another 10+ years. Next time I will not go with big company - will use smaller company. On top of that they charge a $60 service come out fee - ridiculous. Go with smaller company to get your garage door fixed.

Phillip called to give us an approximate time of arrival and was actually here earlier, which was nice. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He corrected the problem, that was actually caused by my wife. We would certainly recommend him and your company for any garage door needs.

Excellent service, came out within hours of calling. The service technician, Lorenzo, was knowledgeable, very pleasant, repaired the door opener, gave information for future anticipated door repairs. The price that was charged seemed reasonable. A very good experience, would highly recommend this company.

I wasn't satisfied with the service, because the service person said he cannot look into the opener as it does not have battery backup. I insisted him to at least open and see and let me know what the issue was let alone fixing it. If I was asking to install a new opener and it didn't have battery backup that makes sense to not work on it, but to repair the existing one I was told it couldn't be done. Mine was detached garage, so it could have been given consideration without the battery backup model. The service visit was of no use and I paid $70 compared to the $49.95 advertised in the newspaper. When I called back to set an appointment to install a new opener that I purchased, I was told that 3rd party openers will not be installed and only the openers sold by precision garage door service will be installed. I didn't have a good experience. I selected your service based on a neighbor referral. They bought an opener and got it installed but for me that type of service was refused. Please provide the service worth the service charge.
