Sheridan arrived promptly, did a full inspection of the system and offered many options for service. I initially opted for a more budget friendly service, which Sheridan promptly initiated. After consulting with the boss, which she pointed out the importance of a safe installation, of a major security feature of the house was our priority, we opted to get all the recommendations done. Sheridan completed all the work within the hour, made sure I understood my invoice and how completing all the work would save us money in the long run. He showed me all the parts he replaced and we tested the garage door before he left. He didn’t leave a mess and was respectful of our house and all the COVID / Social distancing protocols while working. This is our first home so there was some sticker shock but overall from start to finish, from calling after hours and getting a person (Derek) to book us, to Sheridan arriving on Labor Day and getting the work done, their professionalism and service is worth it.

I was reading my daily East Bay Times when I came across a full page ad from Precision door service and liked their intro. price for an inspection of my two garage doors. The person who performed the service, James W. , was very professional and really knew his garage doors and openers. Would use the Company again in a heartbeat!! Dan Denis Brentwood summerset 11. Excellent job by the installer. Fast service, honest estimate, cleaned up all materials. Can't speak yet as to the durability of the garage door opener, but it's working fine so far. The rolling code is a safer technology than the old dip switch, fixed code, and it was a needed upgrade. Ability to open the door with a smartphone eliminates carrying a remote around. Nobody should leave an opener on their visor, name and address is right there on your car registration. Precision has provided some important safety features for us. Good job!

My garage door began to fail during the 4th of July weekend. I Googled Precision made the call and Precision responded, diagnosed the condition of my 2006 garage door operation, made their recommendation for repair and got the job done in 30 minutes. Afterwards, there was a fire alert and mandatory evacuation of my neighborhood. My family left the house forgot the house keys and were only able to enter through the garage door. I had Overhead Garage Doors of Stockton install an insulated garage door over a year ago. In all, including the installation, three service calls. I made calls to OGDS the same month of installation to fix the banging noise that the door made when opening. Each time the noise was still there after the same installer arrived. I put up with the noise until today… I called Precision Door Eastbay and Danny Yang arrived the day of the call, on time and solved the cause of the noise OGDS failed to fix in the two recalls for service I made about the noise. Precision Door will be my go-to garage door service provider from now on. Thanks again Danny, your attention to detail is much appreciated. The door makes no banging noise and is a quiet operation each time its operated.

Daniel Yang was our technician. He called ahead to let us know he was on his way which is always appreciated. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable about our door. We had a spring that broke, however Daniel Noticed that many of the wheels that lift the door were not rotating causing drag on the opener. He suggested replacing them which we did. Very happy with his service/repair although my husband didn’t like the grease marks that were left on the outside of the door! He still deserved 5 stars!! We had called Sunday afternoon and our appointment was Scheduled for the next day between 8-12 with Daniel arriving about 8:30 from Sacramento!!

Our garage door broke and we were told by one company we needed to replace the door. We called Precision and the door was repaired inexpensively. Today our other garage door came off its track and Precision came and educated us on the "eye beam" and the 10 clicks if it's an eye problem versus no clicks if the door is prevented from closing. I can't speak highly enough for the two representatives that we've had through Precision. They are our go to for our garage door problems in the future.

Mario was very pleasant. quotation was fast accurate for a new garage door lift mechanism. Without being asked; he kept the reacquired 6 ft. plus separation, sanitized everything he touched including all the new parts, remote controls etc. Very considerate. Danny Y. was professional, courteous and helpful. He gave me all the prices for repairing or replacing my 1985 garage door and explained the benefits of each approach. He went out of his way to help me close my heavy broken door after helping me get my car out, where it was stuck when the door broke. My wife and I selected a new metal rollup door with decorative windows, as well as a new opener with battery backup. We are looking forward to the installation.
